Papapolitis & Papapolitis’ Restructuring & Insolvency practice is distinguished by a track record of successfully navigating lenders, financial sponsors, investors and corporations active in a diverse range of sectors in the financial restructuring and reorganisation of their businesses.

We regularly advise lenders in corporate restructuring matters and enforcement of liquid and illiquid securities and fixed assets.

Through our firm's expertise in advising financial sponsors and investors in acquisitions of performing and non-performing loan portfolios from banks, we regularly focus and provide advice on enforcement proceedings, court restructurings and liquidation proceedings.

We concentrate on assisting our clients to achieve their commercial aims through practical and sustainable structures which are aligned with the increasingly complex legislation governing restructurings and workouts. Our in-depth knowledge of the local environment, coupled with our far reaching experience in international transactions, places us in an ideal position to assist in cross-border transactions which demand reconciliation of multi-jurisdictional legislation.

Our experience in this area covers industry sectors such as finance, leisure and hospitality, real estate, energy, infrastructure, gaming, food, technology and telecoms.
